Welcome to Forest Commodities, Inc.
Sustainable Forestry is the basis for our logging operations which incorporates the perpetual growing and harvesting of trees with the protection of wildlife, plants, soil and water quality. Forest Commodities, Inc. (FCI) takes pride in the best forest management practices. This includes protecting the water quality during forest harvests and proper erosion controls. FCI employs Certified Logging Professionals. We spend time with landowners to determine their objectives and discussing with a Licensed Forester the overall outcome that is desired.
The primary operations involve real estate enhancement. FCI can enhance your property by removing the low grade timber which enhances the growth of remaining high grade timber. While removing timber we can create the landscape you have always pictured. Added uses after our operation would include hiking trails, ATV trails, while attracting wildlife to your property and create the atmosphere each landowner desires. FCI can expose the view on your property that you may not ever know was possible. All of these changes to the landscape of your property will increase the value while creating a well managed forest. The satisfaction of our landowners is our ultimate goal.
FCI has a complete firewood processing operation. Our facility is designed for clean efficient firewood processing, from tree length wood.
